Saints, bread for the day as you go about, meditate on these scriptures to guard your paths: “Keep thy heart with all diligence; for out of it are the issues of life.” Proverbs 4:23
“Get rid of all bitterness, rage and anger, brawling and slander, along with every form of malice. Be kind and compassionate to one another, forgiving each other, just as in Christ God forgave you.” Ephesians 4:31-32

The beginning of strife is like releasing water; Therefore stop contention before a quarrel starts. He who justifies the wicked, and he who condemns the just, Both of them alike are an abomination to the LORD. Proverbs 17:14-15

Better a patient man than a warrior, a man who controls his temper than one who takes a city. Proverbs 16:32

In your anger do not sin; when you are on your beds, search your hearts and be silent. Psalm 4:4
Refrain from anger and turn from wrath; do not fret—it leads only to evil. Psalm 37:8

A quick-tempered man does foolish things, and a crafty man is hated. Proverbs 14:17

A hot-tempered man stirs up dissension, but a patient man calms a quarrel. Proverbs 15:18
A man's wisdom gives him patience; it is to his glory to overlook an offense. Proverbs 19:11
It is to a man's honor to avoid strife, but every fool is quick to quarrel Proverbs 20:3

Do not make friends with a hot-tempered man, do not associate with one easily angered, or you may learn his ways and get yourself ensnared. Proverbs 22:24-25

An angry man stirs up dissension, and a hot-tempered one commits many sins. Proverbs 29:22
Do not be quickly provoked in your spirit, for anger resides in the lap of fools. Ecclesiastes 7:9
Do not take revenge, my friends, but leave room for God's wrath, for it is written: "It is mine to avenge; I will repay, "says the Lord. On the contrary: "If your enemy is hungry, feed him; if he is thirsty, give him something to drink. In doing this, you will heap burning coals on his head. "Do not be overcome by evil, but overcome evil with good. Romans 12:19-21
Fathers, do not embitter your children, or they will become discouraged. Colossians 3:21

Therefore each of you must put off falsehood and speak truthfully to his neighbor, for we are all members of one body. "In your anger do not sin": Do not let the sun go down while you are still angry, and do not give the devil a foothold. Ephesians 4:25-27

Don't have anything to do with foolish and stupid arguments, because you know they produce quarrels. And the Lord's servant must not quarrel; instead, he must be kind to everyone, able to teach, not resentful 2 Timothy 2:23-24
